To ensure a clear and professional coaching experience, the following policies apply to all services provided by King of Kings Fitness:
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital coaching services, all sales are final. Once a coaching program has begun, no refunds will be issued. Clients are encouraged to review all program details and ask questions prior to purchase to ensure the service is a good fit.
Service Delivery
All coaching services are delivered digitally through email, mobile app access, and/or live video sessions. Onboarding materials and program access will be provided within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Session frequency, check-ins, and communication methods will be outlined during the onboarding process.
Return Policy
Because coaching services are fully digital, there is no return policy. No physical products are delivered or accepted for return.
Cancellation Policy
Clients on monthly coaching subscriptions may cancel with at least 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after that point will apply to the following billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a package once a billing cycle has begun.
